Toddler Teacher (Ages 1-2 Potty Training Classroom) Join Our Amazing Team! We are seeking a caring, energetic Toddler Teacher to join our 5-Star Quality First Preschool in our 1-2-year-old potty training classroom. At our school, we provide a loving, nurturing environment where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. We believe every moment is a teaching moment and are committed to helping children build confidence, independence, language, social skills, and a lifelong love of learning. What We're Looking For Passion for working with toddlers Kind, patient, and nurturing attitude Strong classroom management and communication skills Team player who enjoys collaborating with families and coworkers Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain) Position Responsibilities Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Support children through potty training with patience, consistency, and encouragement. Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and early learning through play and exploration. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide exceptional care and instruction. Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and coworkers. Teacher-Child Interaction Expectations Provides nurturing emotional support. Shows genuine enthusiasm for working with toddlers. Uses kind words, gentle guidance, and positive reinforcement. Demonstrates patience while supporting developmental milestones, including potty training. Creates an energetic, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence through play-based learning.
