KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for our Estrella KinderCare center, supporting young children's growth through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning. In this role, you will design engaging activities, foster social-emotional and early academic skills, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate each child's progress to families. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to align on curriculum and classroom standards. Engage families through daily updates and regular conferences. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and positive behavior guidance. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Support center events and activities that build community and family engagement.
