Job Description

About This Role Position Summary:
We're looking for a caring, energetic Teacher who enjoys helping young children learn and grow. You'll create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom while working closely with children, families, and fellow teachers.
What You'll Do Duties:
Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities. Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress. Work as part of a team and provide guidance to assistant teachers. Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements. Maintain classroom records and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with young children; childcare or early childhood education experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of child development. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.
