Our mission is is to provide a rich environment, which will enhance and stimulate the development of the total child, physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

- Associate degree, CDA or at least 12 credit hours in early childhood education is a plus.
- At least 2 year experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
- Experienced candidates with Quality First/FTF program are also highly encouraged to apply
- Experience leading a classroom and ability to implement/follow lesson plans.
- References and a proven track record of caring and nurturing children to provide them with the developmental foundation for their successful future
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.
- Must have at least high school diploma.
- Ability to meet all Arizona state licensing requirements to include: - Current fingerprint clearance card.
