Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members Supervise children indoors and outdoors while ensuring their safety and well-being Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and toileting Observe and document children's growth and developmental progress Communicate with families about their child's day and milestones Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of experience in a licensed daycare or preschool setting Food Handler's Permit Valid TB test CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, patient, and energetic personality Genuine passion for early childhood education Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance Job Requirements Ability to lift to 40 pounds Ability to respond quickly in emergencies Ability to actively supervise children throughout the day Ability to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment Ability to stay alert, attentive, and engaged during work hours Ability to safely drive a vehicle if required for your position Make a Difference Every Day.
