Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children to grow and develop
- Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess e progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (6 month minimum)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Understanding of early intervention strategies for children with special needs
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education
