We are seeking two Primary Montessori Teacher to lead a mixed-age classroom of children ages 3-6. The ideal candidate has Montessori training who is enthusiastic about guiding children through the Montessori curriculum. Responsibilities and Duties Lead a Montessori Primary classroom Prepare and maintain a calm, organized, and engaging learning environment Observe and assess students to support individualized learning plans Collaborate with co-teachers and administrators Communicate regularly and effectively with families Uphold Montessori philosophy and school values We are also willing to sponsor the successful applicant to undergo Montessori Training.
