Full-Time | Monday - Friday Are you passionate about Montessori education? Do you believe in nurturing independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning? Join our dedicated team at Little Acorn Montessori Academy, where we provide authentic Montessori education in a warm, supportive, environment. We are seeking two Primary Montessori Teacher to lead a mixed-age classroom of children ages 3-6. The ideal candidate has Montessori training who is enthusiastic about guiding children through the Montessori curriculum. Responsibilities and Duties Lead a Montessori Primary classroom Prepare and maintain a calm, organized, and engaging learning environment Observe and assess students to support individualized learning plans Collaborate with co-teachers and administrators Communicate regularly and effectively with families Uphold Montessori philosophy and school values We are also willing to sponsor the successful applicant to undergo Montessori Training. Qualifications and Skills AMI or AMS Primary Montessori Certification (or willingness to obtain; sponsorship available for the right candidate) Fluency in Spanish Previous Montessori Primary experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for bilingual education and early childhood development Must meet all state and licensing requirements Must have minimum of 12 ECE Units We offer many benefits to eligible full-time employees which include:- Vacation, holiday and sick pay Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic and life insurance Company contributory Simple IRA retirement plan Generous childcare discount Compensation is based on experience and certifications.
