Role:

We're looking for a caring, energetic educator who can create a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have knowledge of child development and early learning practices Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families Foster a structured, nurturing, and fun classroom setting Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum Work well with a team and communicate effectively Be reliable, adaptable, and consistent Be comfortable incorporating Christian values into daily classroom activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 ECE or Child Development units (such as Child Growth & Development, Child/Family/Community, Curriculum, etc.) Willingness to continue coursework to reach at least 12 ECE units Prior experience working with young children preferred Why Work With Us?
