Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction, creativity, and exploration. Teach physical education activities that promote health, coordination, and teamwork among students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to create an integrated curriculum that supports literacy education and early intervention strategies. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in childhood development. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with students in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques is essential. Familiarity with tutoring methods and literacy education strategies will be considered an asset. Previous experience in teaching physical education or implementing early intervention programs is a plus.
