Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our nurturing team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your role will involve fostering the development of each child through structured activities and play, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being while promoting learning through exploration. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Facilitate engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare. Experience Previous experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is preferred. Skills in caregiving, toddler care, infant care, preschool education, nannying, or babysitting are highly valued. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly environment is essential. A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young children is a must.
