Order Management Analyst
Job Description
Summary:
The Order Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing the allocation, processing, and fulfillment of sales orders, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing replenishment strategies, managing key accounts, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Main duties:
Accelerate order fulfillment by proactively addressing delays or issues with manufacturing units to maintain adherence to order schedules. Assess time and order requirements by analyzing order details and processing timelines to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with internal departments through regular follow-ups and cross-functional collaboration to improve visibility, understanding, and efficiency in order processing. Develop automated performance tracking tools by implementing Power BI (Business Intelligence) solutions to streamline reporting and monitor key order management metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards by monitoring open sales orders and enforcing order flow procedures to maintain high service levels. Ensure consistent attendance by adhering to scheduled work hours and participating in essential functions to support smooth operational workflows. Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategic enhancements to optimize order management operations. Liaise with Purchasers by monitoring procurement activities and ensuring timely order placements to maintain stock availability. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery timelines, drop-ship items, and marketing promotions through continuous market and internal data analysis to support informed decision-making. Manage communication with the sales department by overseeing order processing and product shipments to implement best practices across all processes. Manage key account orders by serving as the primary contact for retail big-box customers accounts to ensure high service levels and satisfaction. Optimize shipment consolidation by grouping orders efficiently to minimize shipping costs without compromising delivery timelines. Oversee warehouse inventory by working with the Production Scheduler and monitoring stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports by compiling relevant order and inventory data to provide accurate business insights. Resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with Warehouse Coordinators and investigating stock variances to ensure timely order shipments. Supervise outbound shipments by ensuring warehouse teams dispatch orders accurately to align billing with requests and prevent discrepancies. Verify order accuracy by reviewing freight requirements, box quantities, and packaging standards to meet shipping specifications.Requirements:
Mandatory Education:
Complete High School Complete Higher Education, desirable Experience required: 2-3 years in the same role using Advanced SAP / Excel / PBI /Project Mangement Mandatory:
