The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students while ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Provide individualized support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique learning styles. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and collaboration among students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. Maintain classroom management by establishing rules and routines that promote respect and responsibility. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive learning environment for all children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: 2+ Experience in childcare or education settings At least 12 units in Early Childhood Development Familiarity with childhood development principles and special education practices is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering positive relationships with students. First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory. A genuine passion for educating young children and contributing positively to their growth.
