Teachers need to have at least 12 Early Childhood Development credits and their infant/toddler class. We are looking for teachers in the following areas: Infant/Toddler Preschool teacher full time Infant/Toddler Preschool teacher part time Our mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through academic excellence, quality instruction, and loving care. Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social-emotional growth, and physical development for infants and toddlers. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management. Monitor and document each child's progress through observations and assessments aligned with early childhood education standards. Collaborate with families to communicate children's developmental milestones, daily activities, and any special needs related to early intervention or special education. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in toddler care. Support children's physical activities by teaching age-appropriate physical education techniques that promote motor skills development. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or other educational philosophies to enhance teaching effectiveness. Requirements Prior classroom experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education programs tailored for infants and toddlers. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to work physically active shifts involving movement around the classroom and outdoor activities; patience and adaptability are essential qualities. This role is ideal for dedicated educators passionate about fostering early childhood growth through innovative teaching methods.

Pay:
