We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, behavioral management, and curriculum development, with at least 12 ECE Units and 1 year of teaching in a licensed preschool. Desire to work with 2 to 5 year olds required. If you are enthusiastic about educating young children and creating a positive impact in their lives, we want to hear from you. Qualified candidate will work approximately 30 to 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students Monitor and assess students progress to ensure developmental milestones are met Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young children, parents and colleagues Ability to educate and engage preschool-aged children in various subjects including math, language arts, and social studies Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting Willingness to work with 2 to 5 year olds
