KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Camarillo center to inspire and support young learners. In this on-site role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, nurture each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom. You'll build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and progress updates. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety policies. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging learning space. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
