Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team! Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum goals Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Support children's social-emotional growth through positive behavior management and classroom management techniques Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Assist with classroom activities such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods when applicable Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare regulations Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and assessments Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Knowledge of behavior management techniques and special education accommodations First aid and CPR certification preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already certified Familiarity with standardized testing methods for early childhood assessment Experience teaching physical education or tutoring young children is a plus Understanding of Montessori methods or experience in preschool teaching environments is advantageous Join us to inspire young minds!
