Our programs emphasize preparing children for school while fostering a lifelong love of learning through our proprietary Life Essentials curriculum and supportive teaching methods. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Transitional Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will inspire and guide young children during their crucial early learning years, creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for each child's educational journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum guidelines Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports social-emotional development and positive behavior management Incorporate learning technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual student needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports to monitor student development Support literacy education, math skills, physical education, and other core subjects through creative activities and hands-on learning Mentor new teachers and assist in classroom management to create a cohesive learning community Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures Experience working with children with special needs or in private school environments is preferred Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members Proficiency in learning technology tools and library services relevant to early childhood education Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere Join us to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives!
