Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Morning Program Teacher to support young children's learning and development in a warm, engaging classroom. In this onsite role, you will lead morning routines, plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, and maintain a safe, clean environment. You'll build strong relationships with children and families, observe and document developmental progress, and collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities Lead and supervise morning classroom activities and routines for young children. Implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment following health and safety standards. Observe and document children's progress and communicate regularly with families. Collaborate with center staff to plan engaging learning experiences. Support children's positive behavior and conflict resolution skills. Prepare and organize materials and learning centers before program start. Follow all Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and reporting procedures.
