The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages, supporting their developmental milestones and fostering a love of learning. This role involves working closely with children, implementing educational activities, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere to promote growth and well-being. Duties Supervise and care for children in a daycare setting, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Monitor children's behavior and provide positive behavior management strategies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care when necessary Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including first aid procedures when needed Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Strong classroom management skills to maintain a safe and structured environment Ability to handle behavior management effectively with patience and consistency First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children Compassionate caregiving attitude with a genuine interest in child development Ability to adapt activities for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or children with specific needs such as those requiring special education or caregiving support Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners by providing high-quality childcare and early education in a supportive environment.
