We're looking for someone who brings a deep love for young children and a heart for Catholic education. In this role, you'll create a classroom that feels like an extension of home—safe, faith-filled, and full of wonder. You'll guide our youngest learners as they grow in confidence, curiosity, and their understanding of God's love. With thoughtful planning and a nurturing presence, you'll help lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. If you feel called to share your gifts with our Little Saints, we would love to meet you. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children. Plan and conduct daily lessons that incorporate various subjects, including physical education, arts, and literacy. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and respectful learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Observe and assess children's development, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet individual needs. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: 12 + ECE or Child Development unitsStrong knowledge of early childhood with 3 in Infants & Toddlers education principles and practices. Experience in classroom management techniques. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Familiarity with childhood development milestones. Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A background in teaching physical education is a plus.
