Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the day Implement curriculum plans that promote child development, social skills, and early learning concepts Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily activities Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual requirements Monitor classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques to foster respectful interactions among children Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid required; additional training in special education is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team dedicated to early childhood education Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where young children can thrive!
