Job Description
As a Teacher at Crown Infant and Toddler Care with KinderCare, you will nurture and educate our youngest learners in a safe, engaging classroom. You'll design developmentally appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth for infants and toddlers, while maintaining a warm, responsive environment. Partner closely with families through daily communication, document children's progress, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. At KinderCare, you'll join a collaborative, inclusive team with opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, maintaining appropriate child-to-teacher ratios. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide initiatives and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
