In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom, design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will build strong partnerships with families, communicate progress, and collaborate with a caring team. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to maintain a high-quality learning environment. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
