Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Supervise children to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive behavior. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to maintain a high-quality learning environment. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
