Role:
As a Reservations & Guest Services Specialist, you will help guests plan their visit and enjoy a smooth experience from their first inquiry through arrival. You will assist with lane reservations, answer questions about bowling and party packages, and coordinate booking details with the front desk and events team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized during busy periods, and communicates clearly with both guests and coworkers.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to reservation inquiries by phone, email, and approved online channels. Help guests select suitable bowling sessions, party packages, and group options. Confirm lane availability, guest numbers, arrival times, and any special requests. Create and update reservations accurately, following established booking procedures. Explain current pricing, shoe-rental arrangements, package inclusions, and booking policies. Send confirmations and clear arrival instructions. Assist with changes, cancellations, and payment questions within your authority. Welcome arriving guests, verify reservations, and coordinate check-in with the front desk. Pass birthday and corporate-event requirements to the events and food-service teams. Help resolve booking discrepancies and escalate concerns to the shift supervisor when needed. Share relevant information about Cosmic Bowling, leagues, and current promotions. Maintain accurate guest records and protect personal and payment information.Requirements:
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, reception, or a similar guest-facing role. Strong written and spoken English and a friendly, professional telephone manner. Excellent attention to detail when handling dates, times, guest counts, and payments. Confidence using email, booking software, and point-of-sale systems. Ability to manage several inquiries while remaining calm and courteous. Strong teamwork and practical problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn the venue's services, packages, and operating procedures. Availability for agreed evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.Pay:
