KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Dublin learning center. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom where young children learn through play and structured activities. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate curriculum, ensure children's safety and well-being, and build strong partnerships with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll foster an inclusive environment that celebrates each child's unique potential. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom routines, organization, and cleanliness. Implement health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide programs and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
