Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom routines, organization, and cleanliness. Implement health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide programs and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
