Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Potty Attendant! In this essential role, you will create a safe, supportive, and hygienic environment for young children as they develop their independence and potty training skills. Your energetic and nurturing approach will help foster positive experiences during this important developmental stage. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to early childhood growth while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic educational setting Duties Assist preschool children with potty training routines, ensuring comfort and privacy while promoting independence Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized potty area, following health and safety standards Support classroom teachers by reinforcing bathroom schedules and routines for young learners Communicate effectively with children to encourage positive behavior and cooperation during toileting activities Observe children's bathroom habits to identify any concerns or developmental delays and report findings to the teaching team Promote good hygiene practices, including handwashing and proper disposal of waste materials Collaborate with educators on curriculum development related to personal hygiene, literacy education, and social-emotional learning Requirements 12 ECE Units in Early Childhood Development are required and must be able to pass background check. Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to maintain a safe environment by adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Embark on a rewarding journey helping young children thrive during their formative years!
