Substitute Preschool Teacher St. Michael's Children's Center El Segundo, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time $20 - $22 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Licensed childcare center experience CPR Certification English First Aid Certification Early Childhood Education First aid and CPR Full Job Description We are seeking substitute teachers for infant/toddler and 2-5 year old classrooms. Candidates must have knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and curriculum for children aged 0-5. Candidates must be patient, enthusiastic, flexible, dependable, work well with others, and most of all, enjoy working with young children.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units including Infant/Toddler Development
- At least one year of paid experience working in a licensed facility.
- Must pass or have current Live Scan clearance
- Must have current TB and CPR/First Aid
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
