We are a locally owned award winning preschool and childcare center located in the heart of Laguna West. We have six classrooms for ages 0-12 and licensed for 130. We have a strong little community of educators and we want to have other dedicated teachers to join us. We are looking for those that are looking for something long term, this is a position where children are the focus and we want to have consistency for them. What? We are play based and have curriculum we follow as a framework to the lesson plans the teachers create weekly. The teachers are also involved in assessments twice a year for the children. Teachers are responsible for keeping up with deadlines for the month for planning. Where? We are in the beautiful area of Laguna West in Elk Grove. We are nestled in a neighborhood and many of our teachers take daily walks on their lunch breaks. Lots of sunshine, trees and fresh air! When? We want the right fit for the center so we will interview candidates first with a short phone/virtual interview and after the first interview we would select candidates for a second round, more in depth interview in person at the facility.
