We believe children thrive with structure — clear rules, strong routines, independence, good behavior, and helpfulness are at the core of everything we do. This is not a free-for-all daycare. Our goal is to help train children to be the best versions of themselves so they grow into polite, confident, well-prepared TKers. We care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and are looking for someone who shares that philosophy — patient, dependable, and genuinely caring, but also structured and intentional about guiding children's development. What you'll do Support the lead teacher in daily routines — circle time, meals, naps, outdoor play Step up independently when the lead teacher is away, following established routines and keeping the day running smoothly Hold firm, consistent boundaries with children. Kids will test you — we need someone who stays calm, doesn't give in, and redirects with confidence every single time.
