Little Acorns Montessori and Quail Hollow Montessori are celebrating new ownership! We are currently interviewing candidates for substitute teaching positions. Our substitute teachers act as independent contractors. We are seeking warm and caring individuals, with early childhood experience , to support our team as on call substitutes. The individual would assist children 6 months through 5 years old to gain social and emotional skills, independence, and assist teachers in preparing the learning environment. This position requires some early childhood experience. They will have demonstrated a focus on early childhood development through schooling or child-related work history. It also requires criminal background clearance. The successful candidate will show self initiative, respect for children and co-workers, and a strong work ethic. In this industry, timeliness and dependability are absolutely required. This is a fantastic, entry level opportunity for a candidate interested in starting a career in high quality early childhood education.
