Job Description

Sparkle Montessori Preschool is seeking a caring, reliable, and passionate Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team. If you love working with young children and are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you! Qualifications Infant/Toddler ECE Units are
REQUIRED
(must meet California licensing requirements) 12+ ECE units are Required Fingerprint clearance, TB test, CPR/First Aid certification, and Health Screening required prior to employment Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for working with infants and toddlers Experience is preferred but not required . We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to children. Responsibilities Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical development. Follow Montessori principles to encourage independence, exploration, and confidence. Observe children's development and maintain accurate daily records. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom. Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's daily activities and progress. Ensure compliance with all Community Care Licensing (CDSS) health and safety regulations. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
