You must be able to supervise, educate, diaper change, clean and take care of children in a fun and nurturing way. You should have previous experience working with children, as well as excellent communication and organization skills. We are looking forward to seeing your experience in the field of child care and be ready to work under our rules and guidelines. Ultimately, you should have positive attitude, interest in working with children, as well as excellent communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist children in their daily activities and help them with their school assignments. Prepare for and lead educational activities for children (e.g. arts, music, sports, dance etc.). Interact with children to provide support and comfort when needed. Take care of children's hygiene and nutrition needs. Maintain a safe environment by following safety procedures and reporting accidents or incidents. Manage the daily administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling, break times etc.) - this includes filling out reports and communicating with parents. Document critical information (e.g. behavior, skills etc.) to enable effective communication between parents, teachers and caregivers. Follow government regulations on education, health care or child protection.
