We are a small, year-round preschool in Half Moon Bay serving children ages 2-5 years old , with a maximum of just 34 children per day across the entire center . Our small size and low ratios allow teachers to build meaningful relationships with children and provide individualized, hands-on learning experiences. Schedule Up to 25 hours per week Monday-Friday Morning schedule between 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Potential opportunity to grow into a full-time position Qualifications Minimum of 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units Experience working with young children preferred Must be nurturing, patient, dependable, and engaged Comfortable working specifically with children ages 2-3 Able to support diapering, toileting, and potty learning Able to actively supervise children indoors and outdoors Able to work collaboratively as part of a small teaching team Physical Requirements Working with 2-3-year-olds is an active, hands-on position.
