KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Hemet center to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. In this onsite role, you will design engaging lesson plans, create a safe and inclusive classroom, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with caring colleagues, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership on curriculum and activities. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in training and professional development sessions. Adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds. Follow all center policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements.
