We are currently seeking compassionate , reliable , and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Teachers !

Position Overview:

As a Toddler OR Preschool Teacher , you'll work closely with very young children, helping them explore the world through age-appropriate activities, routines, and loving support. You'll also collaborate with a team of dedicated teachers and connect with families to ensure each child's unique growth is nurtured.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate weekly lessons and activities using our daily schedule. Engage in many outdoor gross motor activities with students: daily biking, running, relay races, sac races, rockwall, monkey bars, etc. Partner with co-teachers to manage daily routines and curriculum. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and parents.

Support children in daily routines:

diapering, toileting, handwashing, snack/meal times, nap time. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Monitor children's development and create an individual plan for children to accomplish certain goals within a certain timeframe. Create once a year progress report letters for each student. Attend weekly 7am team meetings and occasional school events.

Qualifications Education:

Required:

At least 12 ECE units completed - Must have an infant/toddler class and curriculum course

Preferred:

Degree in Child development or related field Certifications & Clearances (required at time of hire): Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain before hire) Fingerprint and criminal background clearance Physician's health clearance and negative TB test

Skills & Attributes:

Passionate about working with young children 18 months - 5 years old Can create and engage in outdoor gross motor activities Patient, nurturing, and solution-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Constantly engage with children in conversations Reliable team player with a positive attitude Comfortable with diapering and toileting Professional and supportive when communicating with parents

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active throughout the day Comfortable bending, kneeling, and sitting at child's level frequently

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
