The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves engaging with children aged 2 to 5 years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative lesson plans and activities. Responsibilities Develop, prepare, and implement age-appropriate lesson Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Foster social skills through group activities and collaborative play Collaborate with other Teachers to enhance the curriculum and share best practices. Changing soiled diapers and potty training children who are ready to learn Closing time duties including tidying of classroom and locking up school Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development First Aid and CPR Certification Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds through engaging activities. Previous experience in toddler care or similar roles is an advantage.
