Type:
full-time We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support a major ERP transformation. This role will play a key part in implementation readiness, financial process alignment, system testing, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, hands-on ERP implementation experience, and prior experience with SAP or Oracle environments. (This role is onsite 3-4 days per week in the Burbank area.)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the accounting workstream for a multi-phase international and domestic ERP implementation. Partner with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to align accounting processes, controls, and reporting requirements with the new system. Assist with system testing, data validation, process mapping, and issue resolution throughout implementation and go-live. Help ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, and account reconciliations during system transition. Identify process improvement opportunities and support standardization across global operations. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot accounting-related system issues, and assist with user adoption.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience supporting ERP implementations required. Prior experience with SAP or Oracle required;
SAP S/4HANA
experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ability to work across international and domestic teams in a fast-paced project environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
