In this role, you will create nurturing, developmentally appropriate classrooms for young children, guiding their social, emotional, and academic growth. You will design engaging activities, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and communicate regularly with families about each child's progress. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Collaborate with teammates to support center goals and procedures. Build positive, professional relationships with children and families. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Participate in training and professional development. Set up and maintain clean, organized learning spaces. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest, and transitions.
