Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share progress, address concerns, and foster strong partnerships. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including first aid and CPR certification.

Skills Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom experience. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members using clear and compassionate language. Familiarity with preschool teaching standards, standardized testing procedures, and early childhood education best practices. Strong organizational skills for managing classroom materials, documentation, and parent communication channels.
