Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Home Daycare Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while guiding their early learning, creativity, and development.

Key Responsibilities Childcare & Safety:

Provide compassionate, attentive care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.

Curriculum & Activities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Social & Emotional Growth:

Guide positive behavior, promote creative play, and help children build fundamental social skills.

Environment & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and hygienic learning and play area throughout the day.

Communication:

Maintain open and professional communication with parents and team members regarding children's daily routines and developmental progress.

Qualifications & Job Requirements Education & Experience:

Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or equivalent hands-on experience in a structured childcare setting.

Certifications:

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).

Immunizations & Health:

Fully up to date on all state-required immunizations and health clearances for childcare workers.

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently lift, carry, and hold infants and toddlers weighing up to 30-40 lbs. Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, sit on the floor, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Agility to move quickly to maintain visual and physical safety of young children both indoors and outdoors.
