KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Heritage Hill center to nurture and inspire young children. In this on-site role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and academic growth in a safe, welcoming classroom. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all safety and health protocols. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support a positive, inclusive learning culture. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and curriculum guidelines.
