Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Lancaster West KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom. You'll collaborate with caring colleagues, communicate regularly with families, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide educational goals and activities. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies.
