Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide educational goals and activities. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies.
