Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children aged 18 months to 5 years, guiding them through their early educational journey while promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall child development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication. Monitor and assess student progress, providing early intervention strategies as needed. Organize activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and cooperation among students. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience within the preschool setting. Provide care and supervision during playtime, meals, and other daily activities. Qualifications At least 12 ECE Units At least 6 months experience in licensed facility (ROP certificate qualifies for experience) Livescan fingerprint clearance Negative TB test Qualified candidates ONLY please submit your resume via email including your contact information. Familiarity with literacy education techniques tailored for young learners. Experience in physical education activities suitable for preschoolers is an advantage. Ability to provide toddler care when necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being. A background in private school settings is beneficial but not required. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young children's development.
