The Co-Teacher assists with implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum, supervises and supports children throughout the day, encourages positive social interactions and independence, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. The Co-Teacher also supports daily routines, follows health and safety guidelines, and works as part of the teaching team to meet the individual needs of each child. Responsibilities Assist with planning and implementing daily classroom activities. Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Help maintain classroom routines, cleanliness, and organization. Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate interactions. Communicate professionally with families and staff. Follow all licensing, health, safety, and center policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
