KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Mission Viejo KinderCare center. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that nurture each child's curiosity and growth. You will maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, closely supervise children, and follow all health and safety guidelines. Teachers partner with families through regular communication, sharing updates on children's progress and daily activities. You'll collaborate with a supportive, inclusive team, participate in ongoing training, and enjoy opportunities for career advancement while making a lasting impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all safety and health protocols. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Implement positive behavior guidance and classroom routines. Participate in trainings and professional development. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers. Support enrollment and family engagement events as needed.
