Ideally looking for full-time applicant, but amenable to part-time within certain guidelines. Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, motor development and social skills. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by following health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. As such, basic CPR or BLS is necessary for this role Support INFANTS and toddlers with their daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and developmental milestones Assist with basic home care, activity planning, and potentially work on educational lessons Work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and team members to communicate children's progress and needs effectively Qualifications Proven experience working with children Knowledge of basic childhood development standards and enrichment strategies Familiarity with toddler care routines, infant care techniques, and behavior management Strong classroom experience or caregiving background demonstrating patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for child development Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Requirements Valid CPR certification, or willing to get it prior to work 1-2 Years Minimum Infant care experience Driver's license and reliable transportation Availability at least three days a week, or minimum 12 hours a week Ability to lift and transport 45 lbs

Pay:

$27.00 per hour
