In this role, you will provide flexible classroom support across various age groups in a preschool center, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and well-structured learning environment. Your energetic approach will help foster curiosity, social-emotional development, and foundational skills in young children.

Flexible Hours (Part-Time or Full-Time) Opportunity for advancement Training & development 401(k) Paid Sick Days Paid Time Off (Full Time employment only) Paid Holidays (Full Time employment only) Duties Provide coverage and support in different classrooms during morning or afternoon hours, assisting lead teachers with daily activities and routines Implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on literacy, math, physical education, and social skills aligned with curriculum standards Support children's development through personalized attention, behavior management strategies, and positive reinforcement Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with childcare regulations Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt instruction for children with special needs or early intervention requirements Engage children in educational activities that promote childhood development and foster a love of learning Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school environments Expertise in behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies for young learners Familiarity with child development instruction, toddler care, and early intervention practices Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning Physical Requirements. Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds to support children and various needs in classroom. Ability to bend and squat to interact with children.
