Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Murrieta center to nurture young children's curiosity and growth. In this role, you'll plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, foster social-emotional skills, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom. You will observe and document progress, communicate regularly with families, and partner with a collaborative team that values diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Kinder Care curriculum. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Observe and document children's developmental progress and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth, behavior, and classroom events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support school events, programs, and daily operations. Implement positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning strategies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
