Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Yucaipa learning center to nurture and educate young children in a warm, inclusive environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, ensure a safe, clean classroom, and build trusting relationships with children and families. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, observe and document children's progress, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families. Observe and document children's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues to support center goals and curriculum. Implement behavior guidance strategies that foster social-emotional growth. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
