Job Description

BlueSkies for children is a national model for early care and education, and is the only child care center in Oakland accredited by NAEYC, providing a balanced program of nurturing and enrichment all day and all year for children from infancy through age five. We are looking for committed teachers who are looking for an environment where they: Create a classroom setting where children's social and emotional growth are supported Provide balanced programs that are nurturing and enriching, and are based on principles of respect for: Children's unfolding growth process Children's individual temperament Proven principles of early childhood development The needs of an individual as part of a society Are supported in their professional growth and expanding their careers in Early Childhood Education This is a part-time position during the early morning program (7am start), Monday through Friday.
